2018 Exercise And Fitness Trends
Spring is peeking its head out, so time to switch our schedules and start doing some serious exercise fitness routines. So just what are the 2018 Exercise And Fitness Trends?
The Fitness Industry Has Changed For 2018
Moreover, how has the fitness industry changed in 2018? By the same token, how does one stay “cool” while working out?
Well, we used to do high-intensity fitness training, but that has been exchanged for low-intensity fitness training for 2018.
So the 2018 Exercise and Fitness Trends take a few hours to complete fitness training each day. Therefore, you can now finish your fitness training in 30 to 40 minutes which will work with your ever time-consuming schedules. Now, isn’t that a great start for the 2018 Exercise And Fitness Trends?
Exercises And Fitness Trends For 2018
I try to work out each day by doing low-intensity – low-impact aerobics at home if I cannot make it to the gym. A thirty to forty-minute workout is all one needs to keep their body in gear. With low intensity, low impact aerobics, I still work up a sweat and my whole being feels so much better. This way I sleep better and work better.
Choose a type of low impact aerobics that incorporates walking or marching along with exercises for each part of the body. This way you will have a whole-body exercise routine.
Of course, if you have access and can do them, saunas and massages are great for your body too.
Completely New And Innovative Exercise And Fitness Trends For 2018
In some countries, there are CryoSpas popping up. These spas surround the body with a super cold mist for 1-3 minutes, which actually increases cell survival. Don’t have access to a CryoSpa – try a cold mist shower!
Another big exercise trend for 2018 is working out to games. Here The Omni by Virtuix is a 360° small treadmill that connects to a game and you jump, pivot, and lunge while wearing sneakers that interact with sensors on the treadmill.
Plus the introduction of Virtual Reality fitness means you can go for scenic runs, travel the world and compete in global events without ever leaving your living room.
Maybe you don’t have access to or can’t afford these types of machines. No problem, just do the low impact aerobics each day and exercise every part of your body.
Apps To Help Keep Track Of Your Exercise And Food Intake
There is a new app on the market called the EmbodyDNA by Lose It! To get this device to work, you just mail in a saliva sample which they use for sequencing.
Download the Lose It! app and track your meals for 6–8 weeks while your results are being processed. Finally, your DNA results will be available and then you will learn whether or not your nutrition was on track or not based on the specific goals you entered into the app. The app will help you keep working to reach your goals.
Of course, I still like my FitBit also which tracks mileage, heart rate, and of course your intake of food.
Small Groups Are Great To Take You To The Next Level Of Your Exercise And Fitness Trends
Maybe join a small group training program with a low impact aerobics instructor and a team of people. That is if you cannot motivate yourself to do it at home. Support of like-minded people will always help.
Maybe you belong to a gym, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness or something more elaborate. Great, take some of the group classes at the gym.
Some Different Exercise And Fitness Trends For 2018
There are some new exercise classes that some of the gyms have for 2018. Such as Pro Cycling. Each class is done in a fast 30 minutes and it will help to improve your cycling skills along with your fitness endurance and will teach you the proper techniques to use.
Circuit training and plyometrics along with strength-based exercises will also push your body to its limits and you will reap the rewards…
Maybe these types of exercises are too intense for you? Well, there is still the Yoga and Pilates classes that are designed to improve your flexibility and mental clarity and in just one class!
